Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the Lotus Essence Spa website and appointment inquiries made through our listed phone numbers.

Professional wellness services

Lotus Essence Spa provides professional, wellness-focused massage services for adults. Services are subject to practitioner availability, applicable laws, and the policies of the individual location.

Appointments

Appointments are arranged directly with the relevant location. Availability, session length, pricing, cancellation expectations, and any location-specific requirements will be confirmed when booking. Listed prices are subject to change before an appointment is confirmed.

Respectful conduct and consent

Clients and team members are entitled to a safe and respectful environment. Clear communication and consent are essential. A session may be paused or ended where boundaries are not respected or where a practitioner determines that it is not appropriate to continue.
